Accompanying the refreshed user interface was a completely redesigned web presence. We wanted to celebrate and showcase the new interface elements and visual direction with bold animated web pages bursting with content. Starting from scratch made it possible to codevelop the website alongside the app developers to ensure a cohesive overall look and feel for the brand.
An essential part of RetailBox’s history lies in its regular commitment to seasonal refreshes and new free content. As part of these refreshes, I designed marketing campaigns and visuals for the holiday season, Pride and regional new years celebrations. In addition, I worked on the launch campaign for the new product and with the team to liaise with and learn from the community throughout the beta testing process.

To highlight the speed, responsiveness and all-new design of RetailBox 6, we designed a delightful, playful, energetic web experience with fresh animations, parallax and motion. I wanted the web presence for RetailBox to be as delightful to use and experience as the redesigned app, so we used gradients, shadows and pops of colour to deliver this energy.
RetailBox has a deep commitment to supporting and celebrating diversity in the LGBTQIA+ community, and its annual Pride celebrations are testament to this. I worked on an advertising campaign for use in-app and on social platforms to promote a new Pride icon, and special Pride-themed interface elements for a limited time.
